I really enjoy Zwift so does my husband and we wouldn’t be without it! Our son gets a free membership through ours and often asks to go on it. Yes it can after a while get a little dull, but that’s why it’s for using as well as getting outdoors. I’ve really enjoyed cycling with a colleague in another State and the women’s events. I’m doing a training plan at the moment, which Is keeping me interested. Yes it occasionally takes a little patience to connect sometimes and it has dropped out on me when riding. It’s not perfect but what is, it’s a great addition to my cycling routine.

I am new to the app. I had heard such rave reviews about it but it crashes before it fully opens. I get the logo and then it closes.

  • Big disappointment

My experience with Zwift is with Apple products exclusively. Zwift is a disappointment in its entirety. Whether it’s connectivity issues, rendering issues, compatibility issues or cloud storage... this application will let you down. To start, my Apple TV 4K does not support the number of Bluetooth connections required by Zwift... strike one. Next, Zwift devs are constantly updating the app to a fault, causing compatibility issues and connectivity issues, where it was otherwise working...strike two. Next, troubleshooting. You’ll need to have an IT background to follow Zwifts troubleshooting instructions, which will hinder your ability to use the product in the short time you may have. “Known issues” will need to be your new browser home page, as they are constant and frequent...STRIKE THREE. What’s more, the cost $15.00 per month does not match the experience. This product has the look and feel of a beta application, that is years from operating efficiently. Don’t get sucked into the Zwift eco system, as their advertising is not indicative of the products quality. Canceled my subscription after two months.

Works relatively well but dropouts with the Apple Watch can be a bit annoying. I also really wish they would allow you to choose which course to ride. It’s been on the wishlist for a long time. I also had a lost connection after an hour of riding and lost an hours worth of data working toward a challenge. I don’t understand why they can’t add that back into your account, especially if you have the fit file. Hopefully that can be rectified soon. Frustrating, but only has happened once to me so far.
  • Intermittent operation

This app struggles to work consistently. What works one day may not work the next. As a training tool, this severely limits it’s effectiveness. With scheduled races and workouts, a person needs to devote several hours of test time prior to each event to test that days state of operation and debugging any issues. In many cases, issues are not revealed until an event/race/workout starts. As a service which wants a constant $15 per month payment for spotty and intermittent operation, this is becoming a losing proposition. Things have not improved in a year of service, only new courses are released, but no apparent improvement in stability.
  • No ability to change setting

You are either riding or watching in this app. There is limited ability to change setring, connection to trainers is delayed and sluggish. You cannot change the card connected to subscription, subscription continue to charge even when you have requested to cancel, and worst of all zwift is nearly impossible to contact to receive any assistance and help. Buyer beware.
  • No way to cancel

I have been trying to contact the app developer to cancel the monthly subscription and month over month keep getting charged. About to call the bbb.
  • Took forever to cancel

Got the free trial from purchasing an indoor trainer. Didn’t love it and decided to cancel before automatic purchase. Can not cancel through app or website and took over 2 hours to finally get rid of it. Will never consider paying for now! Beyond annoying.
