Pokémon GO App Details

Pokémon GO just introduced a new research feature that encourages Trainers to explore the world by completing a variety of objectives with the opportunity to earn helpful rewards and discover powerful Pokémon. Join Trainers across the globe who are discovering Pokémon as they explore the world around them. Pokémon GO is the global gaming sensation that has been downloaded over 800 million times and named “Best Mobile Game” by The Game Developers Choice Awards and “Best App of the Year” by TechCrunch. Venusaur, Charizard, Blastoise, Pikachu, and many other Pokémon have been discovered! Pokémon are out there, and you need to find them. As you walk around a neighborhood, your smartphone will vibrate when there’s a Pokémon nearby. Take aim and throw a Poké Ball… You’ll have to stay alert, or it might get away! Search far and wide for Pokémon and items Certain Pokémon appear near their native environment—look for Water-type Pokémon by lakes and oceans. Visit PokéStops and Gyms—found at interesting places like museums, art installations, historical markers, and monuments—to stock up on Poké Balls and helpful items. Catching, hatching, evolving, and more As you level up, you’ll be able to catch more-powerful Pokémon to complete your Pokédex. You can add to your collection by hatching Pokémon Eggs based on the distances you walk. Help your Pokémon evolve by catching many of the same kind. Choose a Buddy Pokémon to walk with and earn Candy that will help you make your Pokémon stronger. Compete in epic Gym battles You’ll join one of three teams and battle for the ownership of Gyms with your Pokémon at your side. As your Charmander evolves to Charmeleon and then Charizard, you can battle together to defeat a Gym and assign your Pokémon to defend it against all comers. Team up to defeat powerful Raid Bosses A Raid Battle is a cooperative gameplay experience that encourages you to work with up to 20 other Trainers to defeat an extremely powerful Pokémon known as the Raid Boss. If you succeed in defeating it in battle, you’ll have the chance to catch an extra powerful Pokémon of your own! It’s time to get moving—your real-life adventures await! • Trash

I have had this game for a almost two months and completely enjoyed the throw back to childhood, the concept is amazing and the game it self is dang good. To take advantage of the bonuses and to catch up to other players I spent real world money on poke balls, I know I know, I could get them for free with pokestops and get coins from defending gyms but I was trying to “catch them all”. After dropping in 100 in March and 80 in April I was going to be a solid player. Had plans to continue with the monthly influx of coins. Then I got a double charge for the 10$ coin purchase but only got the 10$ worth of coins, fine system glitch. I don’t have a computer and do all thing s off my phone.. to submit a ticket for 10$ and the process.. meh, I let it go.. maybe the coins will turn back up maybe they won’t, whatever... Then I get a purchase over night for another 10$ of coins, and go figure not even the prize of coins in my account just the charging of it..I don’t even want to deal with customer service because due to this trash I’m worried they might just try to get more info than just my Pokémon account...I question Nintendo and how well they vetted this company.. I don’t see how they could make this right... they can’t put the money in my hand, it would take some sort of time, and while it’s only 20$ I can’t trust that they won’t charge me randomly in the future.. and what if they overdraft my account??? I bet they wouldn’t cover that. In all fairness I’m guessing at their move and could be way off.. but in my experience companies could give less a care to that individual customers complexity. So a amazing and simple game ruined by money... this time it’s was loss of player money

  • Extremely low value for the money spent

    By Gradzero
For the hundreds of dollars I have spent on the game, and tons of time wasted, I have very few quality Pokémon to show for it. The people at Niantic are super greedy, take ur money and give you a bunch of low quality pokemon. Gym rewards are capped at 50 even if your Pokémon are there for days. Even the few shiny ones have all had terrible IV ratings. Not to mention, the software has so many bugs, every time I exit a gym the game hangs. It seems their goal is to make the game harder, like their hyper speed enforcement, and now almost giving out no potions, when they used to give tons.
  • Not a game if you live in a rural area

    By Badboy21798
This game is design for city people only not rural and is been like that since the beginning. They know that and don’t care for rural players is why I give them one * also they like to banned your account if they feel like tos are broken and claim is for fair play even do they don’t make it fair for everyone.

    By skidav
The capability to sort your Pokémon by HP has been broken for quite a while. Any indication on when this will be fixed?

  • Won’t let you log in

    By TomAtrus
This game will not let users log in. I created another account to try a new user and that wouldn’t work either. Every time I’ve tried to play this game it has some kind of issue. Crashes, lags, or log in issues. It’s a shame since my children really get excited to play and it has consistently disappointed them.
