  • Very Disappointed!!!

This app is NOT free!!!! It’s a bait and switch trial that will charge you $21.95 after 7 days. Sent an email to which they never responded, was billed, sent another email to which they never responded, and called. Finally got a human being but they stated the charges were “non-refundable”. They’re undoubtedly making a killing from this! Get your free credit report elsewhere and if I can save one person from downloading this bait and switch it was worth it!!! If only I could give negative stars...

The only thing free about this is installing the app and setting up an account. If you actually want your credit score, you must pay for it. The little information that was freely available was incomplete. There are better, truly free, credit monitoring resources out there.

Experian is bogus. No way to talk to any people no matter which number you dial. Just out to take your money and not provide the service you’re looking forward to. Enter at your own risk, you’ve been warned!

I canceled my subscription and was still charged, I’ve gotten one email back and nothing since. Don’t bother calling after waiting an hour there’s nothing they apparently can do. Any other site will tell you the same or more information. I downloaded this app to help and it has only made things worse. Terrible customer service, website, and app.
  • Where do they get their info?

I’ve been using this app for a few years now after my House was broken into and my information stolen. The credit lock is great and the app has a nice layout, however, I have yet to log in and see my accounts reported as they actually are. zero balances for months but they list as maxed out??? My student loans have been paid off for months but still show a balance on Experian? My credit score through my other financial services and institutions are about 100 points higher. I’ll give it one more month to catch up or whatever and then I’m done with this waste of money.

No. The other 2 DO NOT measure up! I had extreme difficulty reaching "A LIVE REPRESENTATIVE" with "the other 2". Experian gave me no such difficulty. This APP IMO is fabulous & meets my needs. Thanks!! Still the best...

So I’ve been seeing the same score since January. The information won’t update unless you buy one of their subscriptions.

Claims to give a 30 day free trial but won’t even give you a credit score without paying to upgrade. Just be upfront with your charges instead of wasting a persons time.
