    Motivating enough to not have to go pay a TON for a live personal trainer. Easily able to follow workout positions and moves...thanks to illustrations, videos, and descriptions! So many different workout genres to choose from, no matter what stage you’re at in life! Short enough workouts that are manageable for 3-4 times a week, that also produce AMAZING results!!!

    I’ve been using the app for three weeks consistently and I’m really enjoying it. I am already seeing a difference in my strength and my body changing and I’m still in the beginner weeks. I am doing PWR and I really have enjoyed having some plyometric work and strength training ... it is my preferred way to work out. My sister is also using the app and is on week 4. She has always used the app on and off and has encouraged me to do the same. We both find it easy to use and navigate and decently priced overall. I’m really looking forward to changing my body using this app. I have a whopping 100 lbs to lose so I will update over the next 12-18 months as I work on this goal! Happy SWEATing friends!

    I don’t care for group fitness. This app takes away the planning required to get a good workout and it’s super affordable compared to personal training. I use it ever workout session. My favorite is the power program. The BG Is too much plyo for a 35 year old - lol. Enjoy.

    I've been using this app for a little over a year, and I love it. I've improvement would be to change the nutrition part. I want able to stick to the meal plan because you need to cook every single thing separately, and I don't have time for it. I know that I could triple the ingredients and make more servings, but it is not intuitively built in the app, so I never stuck to it.

    I love using the SWEAT app! Ive worked out for many years and I find that both Kayla and Kelsey’s workouts kick my butt! I’ve seen different results with both of their programs and I LOVE them! Definitely recommend to all my friends.
