    Literally the only downside I can think of is that it isn’t compatible with Fitbit. Otherwise this app has everything I want in a fitness app; it has cardio, HIIT, weight lifting, etc. it’s user friendly and, the videos/explanations of the exercises are clear, and it’s easy to adjust the workout plans to fit your own goals!

    If you are motivated enough to get to the gym but are tired of trying to be creative with making up your own workouts, then this is it! I finally have an app that I can decide what trainer best fits my style and I feel like I’m being challenged! This is a great fitness app and I’m loving it!!

    I’m a certified personal trainer so working out is something I take seriously and do regularly. That being said, those PT are long ago and now I’m a busy lawyer and mom. I have no time or patience for gyms. I started using this app 10 months ago and it has been a life saver. A new workout anytime I want and perfectly structured to build lean muscle and tone, not bulk. I mix with running and rowing for and all-around workout. I’m always curious and I have tried probably 20 other fitness apps. They aren’t designed for women and most focus on bulking up, not building lean muscle. This app is well done and I like the change up with pyramids breaking up the workout. Keeps it interesting.

    I started PWR on 1/7/19 and have completed 5 weeks so far. I love the workouts but I wish there was more description of how heavy of weights you should use or increase by. I love the planner and that it offers so many options between resistance, cardio, and recovery. I hope to see results at the end of 1.0 although I plan on going all the way to 3.0!!!

    we wanted to review this APP... we downloaded the APP and opened it, then we were charged $129.39... we went through the process of calling iTunes and processing a refund... and a series of complaints have been filed
