    I did the 7 day free trial and so far I have really enjoyed it. I'm a mom of 3, so exercising is not the highest priority on my list. However, I have some stubborn pregnancy fat to lose, so I decided to try this app. The post pregnancy regimen is perfect! It fits wonderfully into my schedule and I get to include the kids for the cardio walking exercise by walking to and from our local park. The strength exercises are easily done in my living room after the kids go to bed or before they wake up. I will warn you, you will need to have some home gym equipment, but I found everything I needed on Amazon. It cost an additional $50 in equipment, but so far, definitely worth it.

    I've downloaded this app before a few years prior and felt it was super glitchy and that I'd be better off just buying the guides, but with the new Stronger program and how neatly the content is presented and easily accessible I definitely think I'll be keeping this. Does cost about $20 for a subscription but I think now it is worth it. Just finished day 1 of the stronger program and I've been training for a couple years now and that was a killer workout. Excited to see where the next 12 weeks goes!
