    I was tentative about getting my hopes up for ANOTHER program from instagram BUT...this is amazing!! Seriously! After 3 years of starting and stopping diets and exercise I have finally started making serious REAL progress! Workouts are varied and difficult PLUS they progress with time so it's not like the same workouts all the time! Love this app and I am SO happy with the results I'm seeing! I can FINALLY see the end goal in sight!!!
  • Worth every penny

    So I get it $110 is the most I have ever and will ever spend on an app but it is worth every penny of it. If you break it down, that's less than $10 a month for a personal trainer. Not only does it give you step by step instructions of workouts but a digerati video of how to correctly do the exercise moves. I am always wanting to better myself mentally and physically and this app if helping motivate me and keep me accountable for my goals. You have tons of workouts at your fingertips for whatever mood you're in. I can't say enough good things about this app. Great job Kelsey and Kayla!

    I am constantly singing it’s praises! I refer everyone I love to this app. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5, is because I think it’s a little buggy. It may even be my iPhone, I’m not sure. Because I love it so much though, I don’t even care that much about it. I will do BBG the rest of my life!
  • worst customer service

    it's difficult to cancel the app and stop paying the subscription fees. the customer service is the worst. it is i think the worst i ever dealt with. i am pregnant and decided to cancel and i am force to pay for an app that i cannot use.
  • App Crashes

    Every week the app crashes where it randomly jumps to the Cooling Down phase in the middle of the Resistance training. Also it freezes on certain work outs and it doesn’t allow you click anywhere on the app. Tried to look for a Support line and it’s not listed anywhere.
  • Awesome workouts!

    I really liking the workouts so far! I do think the app could be a little more user friendly, and maybe better explain how the workouts are supposed to work. I had to do some googling and a bit of trial and error during my first day to figure it out.
