  • Fantastic Workouts, App needs work

    The workouts are awesome and I’m really very happy with that aspect. The calendar doesn’t work at all. I get completed workouts added that I never did or workouts that aren’t even part of my week and there’s no way to delete them. There is also no history of your previous weeks workouts saved. I keep track on my own calendar but for what this app costs, the calendar should work.

    Love the idea so far just wish there was a way to figure out how to listen to the playlists provided or a way to sync my Spotify workout playlist. A little confusing navigating at first but I do love the workouts and guidance. On my first two days of using it so will update my review once I get used to the app.
  • Awesome app, needs some work

    Great app, and I love all the features but there are a few issues that need some work. I would love to not have to push arrows to go to different exercises and I wish the app would just flow through. I also would like to be able to skip a specific exercise within the circuit if I feel like I need to. It would be mice for the app to take into account how many times I pause and adjust my future exercises that way. There are ones when I feel like the Work out is too hard for me but I don’t have a way to convey that I need a little easier exercise next week. I haven’t been able to track my food for some reason.

    I subscribed for a 7 day trial and got charged for monthly subscription! I really like the app so far but to be honest $19.99 a month is a bit too much. Will be canceling since it advertised a free trial and got charged anyway.

    Easy to use and I love going into the gym without having to waste time. The workouts are so tough at the beginning but I feel stronger each week! Putting in the work and seeing the small progresses each week is so rewarding

    I got Sweat after beginning going to the gym but not knowing what to do or how to build muscle outside of the obvious. This app helps increase knowledge about food (meals and snacking throughout the day), and how to increase variety to help build muscle. Also, it helps me stay motivated and get to work throughout the week, even at home after working all day. I love it and I love the way I feel.

    I love this app. I just finished week 3 and I already see results. I love the workouts and the suggested workouts you should do on each day. The only con I don’t like is that for HIIT and LISS you have to have your screen on the whole time. I don’t find that’s necessary. Also, I have found that it doesn’t count all of my steps that I’ve synced with my Fitbit from a 3rd Party app. It might be the 3rd party app, but I’m not sure. I’m a stay at home mom of 2 kids and going to the gym isn’t in the schedule anymore. If you do the warm up, workouts, and cool down, expect to spend 40 intense minutes making yourself feel horrible then followed by amazing, accomplished, and sexy!

    Amazing for when I’m in school. Keeps me motivated, organized, and mixes up my workout routine. I don’t usually follow the recipes but they are nice for ideas and guidance. :)
