  • Amazing but pricey

    This app is by far the best fitness app I have found. This app is exactly what I’m looking for in terms of a fitness app providing timed breaks, record keeping, and creating workouts for my busy life as a police officer. That being said, the $7.99 a month or $50 a year is a little steep for a fitness app. There are some free apps that partly do what this app does that I will look at using to save some money. If money isn’t an issue, stop searching as you found your app!
  • Pretty useless without paying for Elite

    This was my go-to workout app for 2017. In 2018, they seemed to have locked everything down behind the Elite plan. I can't create a custom workout to target my specific muscle groups anymore. I can't load my saved workouts anymore. So it's essentially been bricked, and I've been locked out of all the functionality I was using for free, and now have to pay $50/year.

    This app is awesome. It makes it so easy for me to get in and out of the gym in a timely manner. The app has so many different exercises to choose from you’ll never get bored with your workout and you can choose what muscle group you what to Workout. You can construct your own workout and enter in how many sets and reps you did in that exercise. I love this app and I hope many others do to.

    I’ve been using this app for probably 6 months now. I have to say it’s the best workout app I’ve used. The best part is truly the randomization of the exercises. I highly recommend this app for anyone that weight lifts on a regular basis or is even trying to get into it for the first time.

    This app is probably one of the MOST delightful experiences I’ve ever had in an app. It solves every single problem I had with my old fitness apps. It’s so well made and easy to understand. It has videos and steps for every exercise, it gives you alternative exercises, it’s just so good. I never buy apps and I bought a yearly pass after the trial period ended.

    I started using this app over a year ago and I forgave a lot of the bugs because they were constantly improving and eager for feedback. After 13 months, I’m not so forgiving. The app still regularly fails to sync with Apple Watch, causing you to lose some of your exercise sets unless you re-enter. The workout routines are often senseless and even borderline dangerous. For instance, I was given an intermediate routine routine that included three different pull-up routines with body weight amounting to roughly 13 sets of 5-8 reps of pull-ups. In the same set, it calculated that I should do incline bench and, two exercises later, a dumbbell flat bench using a dumbbell weight that I’ve never gotten close to using. They need to resolve sync issues and program better the exercise routines. This is not a plug n play workout app although the layout and breadth of exercises and Apple Watch integration are good, despite bugs.

    Great instrument to use, but keep in mind this app won’t give you a good body, you’ll have to do that, this will help you get organized.
