    I wish I would’ve read the reviews before downloading the app everyone is having the same issue with cancelling the subscription & still being billed after the free trial. The app is set up where it’s extremely difficult to cancel, I’m waiting on customer service to get back with me about cancelling my subscription. Usually when cancelling subscriptions a link is provided and all you have to do is click it and you’ll be unsubscribed. Not with this app!!!

    Terrible app. I canceled my subscription a week ago and was sent an email saying the my subscription was canceled just to wake up this morning seeing that they tried to charge my card again

    Unfortunately this was a big disappointment! I contacted them because I was charged twice and still was unable to login to app. It took more than a week for them to contact me back and no questions were asked I was just advised to contact apple?? Smh... TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Never asked to see apple receipt anything to try and help your customer or even save a customer. smh🤦🏽‍♀️ .

  • Serious issue with Restoring from ITunes

    This is the second time I’ve tried to used this app and tired to restore purchases via iTunes. Both times it told me I’ve restored too many times and locked me out. Then it tried to get me to buy another subscription. Lastly it billed me twice via iTunes and I had to call my Apple support to get my refund, because your customer support doesn’t respond in an expeditious fashion. This is beyond frustrating. I tried to login using my roku account and it blocked me there as well. Now I went to restore on my roku and its saying I’m still login on the app and I’ve since deleted the app. Please address my concerns via my help ticket.

    The app crashes, it made me pay 6.99 through my PayPal, the charge has went through but I can not log on, and they want me to pay again. This is crazy. I called the support number and it doesn't work.

    This is the WORST app I’ve ever downloaded. I keep trying to cancel the app but it will NOT allow you to. I’ve sent tickets to them and STILL they have yet to help me cancel the app and it does NOT have a decent selection to even watch.

    I wanted to see what shows or movies were offered on this particular app, after being extremely disappointed with the selection I attempted to cancel prior to my free trial ending, they make it hard to cancel the app and still attempt to charge me upon several requests to be refunded I feel like they make it hard to log in to lock you in an charge you $4.99 I’ve reached out via email to umc and am constantly told a ticket was created and there support unit or what ever they call themselves will contact me which they have failed to do unless they are attempting to take a payment these people are scamming people out of money I regret signing up for a free 7 day trial they are a complete nightmare do not sign up unless you are absolutely sure you are going to stick with them all I want is to receive a refund and to never have anything to do with UMC

    I am writing this review because I signed up for the free trial, and decided to keep the App for $4.99/mo after the free trial ended. I have been trying to sign on the App and it will not allow me. It says my subscription is expired, but they have charged my credit card $6.99 plus tax (renewed as of today). This is a rip-off!
