  • Exactly what I was looking for

    A nice wide viewing range, customizable sensitivity and sensor view, easily managed, perfect for what I was looking for! Would love to see the 10 sec clips extended to 20 or 30 seconds in the future
  • Doesn’t work

    You can’t create an account via the app because their form is broken. I ended up using Facebook to create an account but then the app fails to pair with the camera even though both app and camera were able to connect to the WiFi network. It was a terrible user experience just to get that far only to fail any way. Looking through the amazon reviews/questions of the camera, people have had the same problems months and months ago. When I contacted support they said they were having some network issues at the moment. Which makes it suspicious to have the same issues over and over again.
  • Worked perfectly until recently

    7 months I’ve had this camera and it’s been working great. Now it will not connect. I got it to connect after 20+ tried yesterday, but then today it disconnected again. I use this as a baby monitor and I now have nothing! I’m extremely frustrated.
  • Stopped working after a month

    I have tried every troubleshooting recommendation in the book, but after a month of wonderful camera action-my app stopped working. It started w/not allowing me to open or view the camera or alerts by either not loading or telling me the password was in an invalid format. After resetting/uninstalling/reinstalling/firmware updates/etc: the app now will not pair with the camera at all even when the camera has successfully connected to the WiFi. I have reached out to support a few times but have yet to hear back. There were a few reviews regarding these camera “quitting” after a short period of time on Amazon. I guess I should have listened. When it was working, it was lovely and there were no complaints. :(
  • App needs serious updating and many repairs

    We have had to work with a professional installation team for two days to get our cameras set up and working. Hindreds of times we receive the invalid data format message, we have two of our six cameras still offline, tried to reset one not working and it still does not work, the customer support is slow or deficient at best. I would not recommend these cameras to any family who value safety and security
  • Keeps giving me error.

    First time using this product and every time around 4pm till midnight, I am not able to access the app. Every time I put my pin code it would say “invalid format, please try again later.” So far, I am considering returning it and purchasing a different camera that has a better app. I can only use the app in the morning till 3pm before it crashes again.
  • App fails to connect

    This low rating is published based on frequent reoccurring bugs in this software where the user is notified motion was detected but when the user goes to view the notification, the motion detection event is blank. Looking at the memory footage, nothing happened, verifying that the notification is falsified. The other major bug impacts the settings of the camera where no setting can be changed and the error message “error occurred while connecting, please retry later”. This has been an ongoing problem for many months now and I can’t change such settings on Motion Detection without deleting the camera from this app.

    I’ve had two cameras for 6 months and they worked most of the time. But now both have stopped working. “Fail to load” msg for all video. Alerts show up on my phone but can’t pull up any video. Won’t work when trying to pull on the PC either. Checked the SD cards and confirmed both are just fine. WiFi and modem working great for everything else in the house. Removed one camera from the app and tried to add back UNSUCCESSFULLY!!! Everything connects, pairing complete but gives an error message to reset the camera. What the hell? Three hours later....I am POSITIVE that the firmware updated on its own, even though I avoided it for months! Other reviews stated NOT to update the firmware for this exact same issue!! Im throwing them in the trash ($60 what a waste) and will look for a better option.

    When I first got this camera I received alerts instantly. Now 2 months later I receive the alerts only if I open up the app. Usually the activity happened hours ago. I've checked and rechecked my internet connection. The app doesn't need an update so I don't know what is going on. I've also checked my setting on my phone to make sure notifications are on. Both the Internet at home and at work are very fast so I don't know what the issue could be. Recently I can't access the camera because the loading screen doesn't recognize my PIN number or my finger print. I'm hoping this is just a bug that can be fixed. I was really happy with the camera but not so much lately. I don't want to shop around again for a new one.
  • Server issues all the time, app does not connect.

    When it works the app works well, but a lot of the time I get network error messages (unneeded extra trip to the server and servers are down?). Very disappointed.
